Private Payment, Insured, & Sliding Scale Therapy Rates are as follows:
 

Initial Private or Insured

The initial session fee is $85 or $120 based on your income. Please view the sliding scale below. You will have to provide a W-2 income tax form or three recent paychecks to prove your income. Please expect your first session to be one to two hours. We accept the following method of payment: insured, cash, and credit card. Please note, if appointments are not canceled within 24 hours, you will incur an automatic charge.  Please be aware that insurance companies will not pay the automatic charge. All fees must be paid at the scheduled appointment.

Clinical Assessments Intake Session

The Clinical Assessments fee is $170. The session is up to a two-hour session and is completed during the first session. It will take seven days to complete.  The Clinical Assessment is a way of diagnosing a client. The outcome is to create an individualized treatment plan. The goal of the assessment is to evaluate the issues and/or concerns of the client. We ask a series of questions using the best evidence-based surveys, evaluations and assessments tool. Once we collect all the data, a diagnosis is made and a treatment plan is created. The treatment plan will chart your progression in addressing your diagnosis and accomplishing your goals, in order to maintain mental health wellness. We accept the following method of payment: insured, cash, credit card, and/or check. Please note, if appointments are not canceled within 24 hours, you will incur an automatic charge. All fees must be paid at the scheduled appointment.

Individual Therapy

Individual counseling consists of a recommended six sessions within 90 days before terminating services. Please note that sessions may last up to two hours per session. The sessions are $85.00 or $120.00 per hour. Individual counseling rates vary based on income, as stated above. Please note that whatever is not paid by your insurance company, you will be responsible for the fees accrued. All fees must be paid at the scheduled appointment.

Group Counseling
Group counseling consists of five or more individuals with a starting fee of $425 or $600 ($85.00 or $120.00 per person, per hour). Group rates vary based on group structure, and topics, so the starting fee may increase or slightly decrease. All fees must be paid at the scheduled appointment.

Marriage/ Couples / Family Counseling
Marriage/ Couples/ Family Counseling consists of at least two individuals with a starting fee of $170 or $240 ($85.00 or $120.00 per person, per hour). Group rates vary based on group structure, and topics, so the starting fee may increase or slightly decrease. All fees must be paid at the scheduled appointment.

Electronic- Therapy (E-therapy secured computer face- time program)
E-therapy services are billed at a flat rate of $85.00 or $120.00 per hour. All E-therapy sessions are 60 to 120 minutes maximum. All fees must be paid at the scheduled appointment.

Appointment Cancellations 

All appointments will be sent to clients via email to a Google calendar. Clients must confirm appointments. Once an appointment is confirmed, the client will receive a reminder on the day of their appointment. If a client should need to reschedule, the client must notify us within 24 hours. Otherwise, a client will be charged for the full one-hour session, unless it is a serious emergency, which will be determined by the therapist.

Disclosure Statement

It is the responsibility of the client to state the correct co-pay cost for services rendered on the intake forms. Clients will be responsible for any additional cost for services outside insurance coverage. Co-pays are taxed at a rate of $2.50 to cover the taxes for services through PayPal or Cash App.
